Masahiro Ouchi, Senior Universal Healing Tao Instructor Masahiro Ouchi is the founder and director of Universal Healing Tao Center of New York, Universal Healing Tao of Japan, TaoZenTM Association, and the Chi Nei Tsang Institute of Japan.
Masahiro’s spiritual journey began as a childhood when he lived for periods at a 600 year old Zen temple in Japan. Since then, he has practiced Zen Meditation, Shaolin Kempo, Japanese Archery, Esoteric Shintoism, Kundalini Yoga, Tantric Yoga, Taoist Meditation, Qigong and Tai Chi. He is also a certified Prana Yoga instructor and a personal trainer.
Masahiro began his studies with Taoist Master, Mantak Chia in 1980. He became a Senior Universal Healing Tao Instructor around 1990 and was chosen as Teacher of the Year of Universal Healing Tao. He is also a student of Li Jun Feng, who was in turn, teacher to Jet Li. In addition, he has studied with Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama & Mr. Michizo Noguchi and many other teachers. He is the author of books on meditation and breathing.
Today, Masahiro Ouchi divides his time between NY City and Tokyo and teaches in workshop and retreat formats.
